There are some on my lease made out of pallets with plastic gas pipe over the top with carpet and then black plactic over them. They seem to work well and they have been up for years.

TRHC,

That is an awesome idea. I am going to show those pics to a friend of mine, he has been looking for an inexpensive way to put up a few blinds on his property.

Very easy, great concept also

Here's a design we use on our lease. Start out with a 16' hog panel from your local co-op. Bend it in a circle and either weld it or wire it together. Use a sawz-all to cut out your window and door openings. Wrap a heavy duty tarp around the outside and secure with zip ties. Attach some kind of top (we used solid mobile home doors we bought at a salvage store for $3 a piece) and you're set. These are just the right size for two hunters sitting in full sized lawn chairs. We about 20 of these and have less than $40 in each. TRHC.

Great Idea...I will see if I can't use this in Texas...These would be great if you had to move them...

CC, we have made several out of the frames that Tractor Supply gets thier metal dog kennels in. The frame works great and then we use acm for the walls and roof. It fits two people & a small heater.

I think these may work on our lease since we can't have anything permanent.

Outdoor Lady, what is ACM? I'm not familiar with that term.
