thought i'd unstring the Exocet & noticed what looked like possible delamination of one limb  called Excal right away and talked with Dawn. very pleasant experiance ,plus the guy in Ohio who put new limbs on called and said it was ready to go. dern,thats less than a one week turn around....What great folks to deal with!!

That guy in Ohio was probably Dan Miller, the USA warranty rep for Excal. The term "scholar and a gentleman" is appropriate for him. One of the nicest people in the industry it's been my pleasure to come across. He does business by phone at [740] 483-2312, Horizontal Archery and always has time to answer questions and help solve problems. You Excal folks have seen him in your video/dvd's, he's the one who warns you to keep your fingers below the rail as "it will feel so good when it quits hurting", lol.
