New duck blind drawing regs

So what's the deal with the new drawings. There is going to be 2 drawings?! So how is that going to work? If you get drawn first pick does that not mean you automatically get first choice at the blind you want Do you have to get lucky twice to get a good blind now lol

It should cut down on some of the blatant buying and selling of blinds which was almost impossible to enforce under the previous set of rules. Sounds like a great idea to me! IMO, it would be even better if the first drawing was done by computer and the blind selection done at the normal sites.
