Fried wild turkey

I fried some turkey like chicken and it was pretty tastey.

Cut the turkey breast into chunks or strips, soak in buttermilk all day, take the meat out of the buttermilk and add 2 eggs to the buttermilk (this helps the flour stick to the meat better)and whisk it in. Put the turkey back in the buttermilk with the eggs. Put some flour in a bowl, salt and pepper the flour, then roll the turkey in the flour. Heat either oil or Cresco in a frying pan and when hot fry your turkey to 170 internal degrees.
