A 1998 to 2000 model. Three is a spring that goes on the seat release rod. It popped off and I can't figure how it goes back on. Here's the Pic of mine.

Latch is on the bottom of the seat.
I have one but that spring has been missing for a long time on mine and I haven't tried replacing it.

Few pics off the web to also help. Last one is not the best but can tell the orientation and placement of the spring on the hook, similar to Blockhouse seat.
