Minnesota bird

It only takes one bird to tag out here, going to Wisconsin for the next 2 days.

Worked him in a corn field and he did the typical hung up field thing, then hit the woods 100 yards away. Dropped down the ridge a little ways and called him in the woods with the wing bone.

I made it earlier this year to sell, but for some reason the epoxy made a bunch of tiny bubbles when it cured, so it looks like trash up close. I brought it with me so I wouldn’t risk losing my old sentimental call during travel
