Not sure if TWRA would have a say so or not but I am trying to figure out how to go about gaining access to TVA undeveloped property for hunting. The problem lies in that there is a right of way into the property but it appears the owners of the property that the right of way goes through have placed a gate and signs barring anyone from using it. I am getting in contact with TVA to see what they say. Could this be considered a type of hunter harrassment or keeping someone from hunting?
