Yes! I've enjoyed experimenting with the sous vide. I recommend chicken (whatever cut and seasoning you prefer) at 167° for 2.5 hrs, then a little char on the grill.

Very nice! If you like pink steak, dial that sucker back to about 118, THEN whack it on the grill.

As for chicken, ooooooooh, gurrrrl.......

I sous vide cooked about 15 lbs. of chicken thighs to about 165 last year before Cub Scout camp That way, when we were ready to plop it on the grill, there wasn't the salmonella concern. Best. Chicken. Ever.
