Brought home the hardware!

Pretty much anything you want to talk about!

Brought home the hardware!

Postby ZachMarkus » Sun Mar 17, 2019 9:32 am

1st place as a Co-angler in the FLW BFL event on Wheeler lake, had 18lbs and big fish that weighed 6lbs 3oz. It was tough on everyone, I had 6 bites all day long, got lucky and two were 6lbers.

Congrats ZM! What does Choo Choo Division mean? I know nothing about fishing tournaments.

Thanks Andy, The FLW BFL league, has divisions all over the country. The Choo Choo division is one of the local divisions, they fish 5 or 6 lakes in Alabama.

That’s what I’m talking about!!! Congratulations. How did your angler do? Bet his feelings were hurt when he saw the first 6 lber and really upset when you caught the second.

He caught 4 for 7lbs. I was catching them on a specific jig and that’s pretty much all they would bite. I offered to give him one a couple of times but he was committed to the bait he was throwing.

Congratulations. The cold front didn’t help the fishing, but looks like you made the most of the conditions

Congratulations on the win! Like others have said I bet he wishes he would have used one of your jigs. Nice.
Spear fishing, perfect combo of hunting and fishing. Underwater fishing, cast at surface keep head under clear water. Wear mask snorkel/wbelt and fins. Fish normal you see the whole show!
