Watts Bar idiots

We went fishing at Lake Chickamunga today just below the Watts Bar dam. Water was running out at a pretty fast rate. Two different flat bottom boats, each with 4-5 people in each boat kept on running back up to the dam in the boiling current. They would try to hold the boats in position as they fished as the water swirled and boiled all around them. The kicker was NO ONE in either boat had a life jacket on.

i keep waiting for distance buoys to be set up at these spill ways. or some kind of distance law.
