Make Lemon Cider.

My Uncle gave me 32 pounds of lemons off his tree in South Alabama. This will be my 2nd attempt at making fresh Lemon Cider from scratch. I've done it several times from the "RealLemon" juice in the green bottle, but the batch from actual lemons turned out much better. If my calculations are right this should be enough for about 8.5 gallons. It should be ready to share by the end of Alabama Deer Season(late Jan/early Feb).

32 pounds of Lemons yielded 1.5 gallons of juice. That should be enough for about 10gal of Cider.
