Thanks guys! Not all deer come out this nice, this guy had a fantastic cape for sure. Our tick infested TN deer are a pain sometimes.

Hopefully once everyone starts getting their mounts back folks will post them up. It's that time of year and I love to look at all the different mounts.

Very nice work AT. I wouldn't hesitate to use you.

You ever kill one of them Iowa giants I would love to work on it. Long fluffy hair and giant bodies, man I love those kind of deer.

This was a fun one. This deer had a broke ear and the ear cartilage actually healed to allow the ear to stay "broke". The customer wanted the ear to stay as is, so I had to be very careful and make sure everything stayed cleaned so I could bondo it exactly the way the ear was. Not as difficult as I thought but definitely not easy either.

Haha, when they are naked they do resemble!

I have been thinking about doing a skinless mount, I could offer it as a alternative. You now have options; shoulder, euro, and now sphynx mounts[emoji3]
