I’ll be doing my usual 30 minutes on the heavy bag here shortly. Compared to what you other guys are doing my posts here are pretty boring. If I could stick to a hardcore diet plan I’d be much better off. Instead I just don’t eat a lot junk. I still eat it; just not much of it.

Took today off. I was super motivated to workout but I knew I needed a rest day. I guess that’s a good thing as usually it’s the complete opposite

All day Saturday and Sunday I cut and stacked firewood, that will sure classify as a workout

I walk one min, do ten dips, run until the min is up that I did the dips in, repeat
Kinda like this
Walk at 4.2 for 1 min
10 dips from 1:01 to 1:15 (on treadmill)
Run at 10 from 1:15 to 2:00
Walk from 2:00 to 3:00
Repeat
Bench press
Tricep press
Military press

Yesterday walked/ran 3 miles and did back, chest, bi, tri workout. Today is low impact hiit and core exercises.

I’m so ready for nicer weather, nothing like taking a early morning or late afternoon walk.

I’m slowly increasing the weight on my strength exercises. I’m trying not to go full blown with it because conditioning (increasing my max V02) is my goal.

Two days ago I did a killer hiit; 250m “max” effort row (More like a heavy medium, I tried to keep my time at around 1min) followed by 10burpees with a 30 second rest. Repeat 10 rounds for a time of 23:16mins.

Yesterday I did a 12min round of hiit with some back training. Followed by a whole lot of steady state cardio.

Today was backsquats, thrusters and chest. Followed by 100 pushups before dinner.

AT Hiker, I'm with you on the warmer weather, I hate the treadmill. I somewhat survived duck camp this past weekend, diet definitely took a hit but hoping to finish strong.

I got in 2.5 miles yesterday on the treadmill at the house so slowly getting back into running.

Zilch, nada, nothing is exactly what I've done this week. I did smoke a 5 pound rib roast on the Weber Sunday. Been eating it in salads and making sweet potato hash with it.Image

that roast looks amazing!

My conditioning training and carb intake still seems to be working. I could probably lower my carbs and find my “Goldilocks” zone, but I’m not overly concerned right now.

10min elip warmup, 10min easy row, 100 burpees in 9:45mins followed by 30mins on stair climber.

100 jumping jacks, 40 squats. Hiit for 20 minutes then finished off by jogging a mile.

I was late to the gym so about 2.25 miles at a 9 min pace followed by 45 minute full body circuit. Tonight was a more intense pace with weights as well. Monday is weigh in.
