4 miles @ 8:40 per mile. 60 situps...heading to do my 135 pushups now.

Yesterday was a lifting day. Backsquats and chest today was conditioning.

2000m row warmup
135lb deadlift 5x followed by 15lb dumbbell seal man makers 3x...10 rounds for a time of 14:39mins
followed a 8:45min mile
ended with 5 rounds of 5x dips and 5x strictpullups.

Almost 6 miles yesterday @ 9:06 per mile. 135 pushups, 60 situps.

5 miles under 9 minutes per mile. 60 situps will do 135 pushups before bed.

I’ve slacked the past week due to a family trip and eased back in to it today.

Last night felt flipping awesome so I went for a run. Ended up doing 2 miles in 19:30mins, not bad for a non runner...

Today in addition to some strength training I made up a new hiit routine which hurt so good.
3 strict pull-ups
3 seal man makers w/15lb dumbbells
10 kb swings @50lbs
5 rounds total for a time of 9:47mins.

I've done 13 miles so far this week - most under 9 minutes a mile. 4 miles I did today was on a tougher course - 9:51 per mile. Also, continue on my 60 situps and 135 pushups each day. It's time to increase pushups and situps - but, I've been a little lazy in increasing.. :roll: Goal is to get to 200 per day of each.

Not much time today so I did a “little” routine. Not so much focused on max effort but more on reps.

Same thing today but improved my time. 23:15mins.

I bought some evil Nike’s on sale yesterday at Academy. Coupon, no tax and on sale...$39 for a $59 pair....the placebo effect of new gear worked on this afternoons workout.

Been keeping up my running and exercise. Got about 16 miles in this week. Bumped my pushups to 150 per day, and 60 situps daily as well.

Ran up and down a hill at Montgomery Bell while my kids played in the creek catching crawdads. Was inspired by the runners that were participating in Endurance race this weekend (100/50 miler, 100/50K, marathon, etc..) 55 hour time limit to complete the longer races.

Some stair climber and row machine time..then 10x5 thrusters @ 85lbs
5x5 seal man makers with 15lb dumbbell for a time of 9:15mins
30 pull-ups

If any of you want a killer workout learn to do a navy seal man maker.
