5 out of 6 days on the Peloton. Eating better. Push-ups, sit-ups, and slamball action on the side.

16 hour fast and I took a huge time off my burpees. My mile run was a bit more difficult but not too horribly bad.
20min elip warmup
100 burpees for time 11:06 mins
1 mile run 8:45mins
Added in some seated rows and strict pull ups and attempted 20 mins in the sauna but could only make it 10mins.

4 miles - 9min 41 sec per mile. Will do 60 pushups. About 1200-1300 calories. Traded my 36 blue jeans for 34's today.

Got in a couple miles yesterday using 4/1 intervals, felt decent. Traveled today so no exercise but was able to keep the diet going, the most important part for me.

Nothing today, but I have been doing a full body workout every other day for several months. I got a heavy bag for Christmas so I have been doing thirty minutes on that on days between weight training. I’m still holding at 175 lbs, but getting better definition. Working the heavy bag is my favorite type of cardio.

Another couple miles today, if I can ever get past this head cold I'll be feeling a lot better. The joys of having a kid in daycare I reckon, always sick for the first couple of years.

6 miles in today - FIRST TIME TO MAKE 6 Miles! 10 min 3 sec per mile. I have done one set of 30 pushups - I'll do the second set in a few minutes. About 1300 calories today.

Ran 3 miles averaging 10 min everyday this week followed by full body weight workouts on the machine. My whole body is sore! Lol. Just getting back in feels better. That 40 days away from the gym was killer.

I had a real easy 4 mile run tonight. The sun was trying to peak through the clouds so I took my time and made several stops just to watch the wildlife and soak it in. I think my run did more for me mentally than it did physically. Fried sardine salad tonight for dinner.Image

Did 2.5 miles and the gym last night. Will walk a mile on the treadmill tonight.

I know it’s not much but broke my PR at the gym yesterday 3 miles in 26.22 min. Still trying to find out how to run.
I have a few problems with running. My shins always hurt, the bottoms of my feet hurt. I run out of breath, too many years of smoking. It does seem to be improving. I get bored on the treadmill somewhat awful

Followed by full body workout on the machines.

Getting ready to leave the gym now. Full body work out then chest and back. Trying to break all PR’s today was successful. I’m going to be sore. I feel it and haven’t been done 30 min.

Give trail running a shot. It looks like Henry Horton SP is just north of you. The natural surfaces are much easier on your body. Not to mention, there is no monotony like a dreadmill.

4 mile trail run in the rain and mud yesterday. Saw 3 nice bucks together. They know when the season is out and just stood there watching me. Finished the week with around 15 miles run. The buckle on my watch strap broke yesterday, so I'm not sure if I'm going to look for a new buckle, or if I'm just going back to a Timex and running for time and not worrying about distance.Image

Listened to an old sermon from our former pastor, elliptical 2.75 miles and close to an hour of weights. Doing full body right now.
