6 miles..9:38 per mile...will do 80 pushups before bed.

2.75 miles on the elliptical followed by a full body workout. Weigh in tomorrow. Interested to see how 1 splurge than was about 350 calories and some sugar plays into keto.

Trap, back and shoulder work out today.
Followed up with a quick 25 minute mile and a half on the treadmill.

Went to a different gym with my best friend and he showed me several good trap and neck workouts.

At home HIIT; 100 kettle bell thrusters (30lb each), 100 single hand kettle bell swings (30lb kb alternate arms), 100 burpees.
Time was 26:28mins.

Friday was 7.6 miles in 2:36 at Montgomery Bell State Park. 14 lbs pack. Saturday was a rest day. Yesterday was a 45 minute endurance ride on the Peloton. Push-ups throughout the weekend when I felt the need.

75 pushups as usual on not workout days, dumbbell squats. Hopefully 2 miles on the treadmill. But with the oldest being sick, that takes priority over my workout.

Working on my squat and deadlift form so I’ve backed off on volume a bit. My backsquats are as deep as I can go and I feel my form is good so I’m starting to increase the volume and so far so good.

5x5 today on backsquats, thrusters, bent row and two lat pulls. 5x3 on deadlift with some pull ups thrown in to help deload the squats.

I ended with a 5min row cool down.

Believe it or not I do not own a foam roller but I’m thinking about getting one sooner than later. I used one over Christmas and was amazed with the results .
Anyone else use one?

My son turned me onto them and I got one for Christmas.
I don't use it every day like he does but when my back is really "tight" and hurting I will get on it and roll up and down a few times.
I sound like the breakfast cereal most of the time I do it now, especially since I drink pretty much only water now. LOL
I love it.

Not only the popping of my back but to me it just stretches everything out and I feel great after I use it a few minutes.

I have no clue as to my walking distance. It was throughout the house. Still praying that the flu doesn't spread. Tons of lysol and laundry done.

Walked for around 75 minutes, did the usual 75 pushups on non gym day routine. Hopefully if everyone feels better tomorrow I can go to the gym.
