I took a nice long hike today and soaked in the sun. It felt soooooo good both mentally and physically to be out in the woods. Found an old shed from years past. Image

If this dude can do it, we all can. Here's a little inspirational video about a 97 year old trail runner. Whether it's running trails, or walking the mall, I hope to be getting it on like him when I'm 97.

Took like a 30 minutes stretch afterwards
15 min to stair climber
15 run on treadmill after fro lunch

Kettle bell HIIT today
5 rounds of
60lb thrusters x10
40lb swings x10
Burpees x10
Pull-ups x5
Time was 14:13mins.

Also did 2000meters on the row machine and a nice 25min elip warmup. My back is super compressed from squats so I should probably de load a little...

Did 4 miles yesterday... about 9:17 per mile I think. 70 pushups. So beautiful today...fixing to go run again today. I have been increasing my calorie intake, as I am at the weight I want to be....but, I have been continuing to lose weight. I have NEVER had that problem in my 53 years on this planet. I don't want to just eat whatever - I am trying to find the sweet spot in my calorie intake for maintaining. Kind of tough to do with running.

Yesterday 2 miles walking pace. 75 pushups. Today 2 miles hitt, core, 75 pushups. Body feels worn out from little to no days off so I'm trying to walk a few days and let it somewhat recover. Mentally not ready for off days until I've lost some more weight. 209.8 so 25lbs. down.

30 minutes on the treadmill 1.75 miles
3 sets of 20 dumbbell curls
3 sets of 20 dumbbell press (tree hugs)
3 sets of 20 butterfly machine

Curls and military press with kettlebells. Core exercises - push-ups, situps/crunches, and 3 sets of 15 slamball (10lb). Friday and Saturday are set aside for putting the pack on and hiking.

2.25 miles and 75 pushups. The day went south. Oldest is type a flu positive so this afternoon was cleaning, not gym time.
