4 miles at 9:28 per mile. 70 pushups today. Actually lost 3 more lbs...not trying to. Down to 167. I've been adding more calories back into my dsy...but, I've got to add more. I cannot believe I am having to say that. And..I can't believe that I am having a hard time adding more food back into my diet. Tgat has NEVER been a problem in 53 years.

Yesterday evening I wanted to eat everything in sight. I tried to stick with healthier options. Yesterday was 65 pushups and 2 miles walking. Today is gym day. I will do 3 miles on the elliptical following by full body workout.

Approximately 5.5 miles running (app got messed up) will do 70 pushups.

Today is mainly a rest day. 65 pushups. Does painting my master bath qualify as exercise.

Yesterday : 5 miles...app says 9:17 per....not so sure it was that fast. 70 pushups.

2.25 mile hitt. Doesn't take long to get me winded at 8mph. 75 pushups.

6 miles @ little under 10 min per. Brutal out today. 70 pushups.

75 pushups. 4 miles split of walk/jog @ 5.5mph. Finish with core.

Been on a pig hunt in Georgia since the 15 averaged 18000 steps in the swamp! I am having whole body cramps! Lol moving brush with your arms and high stepping will wear a man out!!!

Lol at ImThere! You can “train” all you want but once you step into the real world is when you get real results.

I still remember my first few overnight backpacking trips. No matter what I did before those trips, it never stopped the absolute pain and fatigue my feet and legs would experience.

Finally got 225lbs back into my working sets of backsquats.

Also did a few swings with 70lb kettle bell, whole crap is that a lot of weight for such a small object.

4.5 miles on the elliptical and walking. Full body workout. Genetically I will look built. But I can see more inches in my arms. Chest is getting stronger. Shoulders will always be my weakest.

The scale lied to me today, says I’ve gained a few pounds!

That’s ok though, I’ve drastically increased my volume on strength and that’s part of the package.

Continued to work 225lbs into my 5x5 of backsquats, my 5x5 bent rows, lat pulls, etc have also greatly increased. With that I’m having to eat a substantial amount to promote it.

My plans, which are always changing, is to focus on gains until warmer weather gets here. Then I will back off slightly and reduce my calories to cut some fat. I’m still maintaining my conditioning, as that is super important to me. Once the sun comes back out and the temps rise I will spend a lot more time on conditioning.

100 burpees 9:26mins. Felt a lot longer, likely due to inflammation caused by heavy weight lifting and a not so ideal diet.

If you have never done any type of hard core HIIT your missing out. The rush is simply amazing.

I started the 28 day super set routine. I’m on day 5 and super sore.
I felt like I was getting complacent.
After 23 more days I will move on to long distance running. I plan on a 5k real soon and then a 1/2 marathon by July. I think I have 1 indoor Triathlon before the 1/2 marathon.
I did run 6 miles on my off day

Took a mental health break from tndeer. Felt good. I've cut back from running and have been hitting the kettlebell workouts hard. I did go to run today, but forgot my bathing suit, so I turned around and headed home. I'm getting ready to grill some pork and vegetables.Image

3.5 miles. Full body workout yesterday. Today incline walking variation for 2.5 miles followed by 75 pushups. Weigh in tomorrow.
