Yesterday I got 6.7 miles into my 14 mile road ride and popped a tire. I was on a good streak averaging 16 mph too. Took it in and having new tires put on today. Need to do some mowing and weed eating and will get a 15-20 mile ride in tomorrow.

Saturday, fished for the first half of the day. They were hungry; which surprised me with it being 42 out that morning. They clobbered any 3" white streamer I threw along the bank. Afterwards I got in 30 minutes on the treadmill and a kettlebell workout.

Sunday, chased birds for most of the day.

Monday, off

Today, I didn't really want to do anything, but I did get in 25 minutes on the treadmill "hills" setting. Then a kettlebell workout.

Tomorrow, pushmow a 1 acre yard

Only got 5.2 miles in on the bike this morning. As soon as I started pedaling I just wasn't into it this morning. Hope to knock another 15 to 20 out tomorrow

Your doing great kid! I have been jogging/walking 2-3 miles twice a week. Not near enough but beats the heck out of nothing.

I finally got in some decent work yesterday. Got up and walked 4.5 miles trying to get a gobbler to sound off with no luck. Got home and did 8 miles run/walking in 1:18. It was a lot harder to do than I expected. I have never tried that distance while fasting.

Our gym opened back up this morning.
I was like a kid at Christmas...5:30am workout has never felt so good. Like a fat kid in a candy store, I was all over the place. Squats, thrusters, back rows, bench, deadlifts, stair machine and row machine.

I’m already sore....

Sore morning but I was able to get another decent workout in.

It’s odd, getting my temp taken before I can workout. Staff walking around wiping equipment down, etc. probably the cleanest my gym has ever been. Not sure if that’s good or bad.

One of my gyms opened back up Monday! I went Monday afternoon and yesterday afternoon. It was great to get back to lifting. Even though I have been doing stuff at home during the shutdown, I was surprised. I was able to push nearly the same weight I had been, but I got tired in the muscle much faster.

I updated my Peloton excel and hit my goal of cycling 2020 miles last week, time to double the goal and work towards 4040 now!

I've been hitting the cardio hard and seeing gains. Also doing some strength training and seeing gains in muscle. I just finished a 6 week peloton program; now that is completed I'm going to shift from more cardio to more strength for 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately due to the current state of affairs having troubles finding some heavier dumb bells as I only have 10s, 15s, and 20s and a kettle bell. Guess I'll just do more reps with what I have.

This place has been quiet lately. Did 120 push-ups today, 100 sit ups, 2 held leg lifts for 40 sec and 1 minute plank in about 10 minutes to start the day. Plan to run about 3 miles this afternoon. It’s hot as heck here so I may not get all three in depending on how I feel.
