It was utterly miserable with a blanket of fog and 100% humidity, but I drug my butt out yesterday morning around 0700 and did a 10k. Managed to average 10:01 / mile.

Boy do I hate running! I do love eating though...

2 mile run and lifting tonight. Chest, back, and shoulders. Got some new Mizuno running shoes to break in.

I've been riding peloton hard 6 days a week and adding in 10-20 minute of strength and/or core training.

I took 2 weeks off due to a business trip and was relieved to have not gained any weight or loss any endurance. Guess walking 6-10 miles per day made up for it! Feeling ready for season!

Handful of peanut M&Ms...35minutes later;

250 meter row + 10 burpees: 10 rounds for a time of 22:50mins

135lb dead lift x 10 + 3 seal man makers w/ 20lb dumb bells for a time of 10mins

My M&Ms are long gone.

Major life changes hit me and I haven't done squat for awhile. I'll pick back up next week once we get settled back down.

225 pounds of Coues would put us about 7 deer over our limit.

I wonder how many I packed in here?

Been super busy and haven't been on tndeer much. But been keeping up with my running, pushups and sit-ups.weight holding steady between 155-158.

It's been crazy around here. I don't have a lot of recordable excersize that I've done, but I'm in some of the best shape I've been in for a long time. Did 3.35 miles at Yanahli Park tonight.

I did a pretty sad 3 miles last night on the treadmill. Going to work on the new farm today bush hogging (walk behind) and spraying (backpack). I am counting this as exercise!

Squats using 20 lb dumbbells. Not a lot weight, but did quite a few reps. Getting ready for a trip to the mountains this weekend. Had two hikes planned, Grassy Ridge Bald and Laurel Falls. By the looks of the weather forecast all I can do is keep my fingers crossed.

I’m getting back into some longer steady state cardio. My joints have been aching, mainly due to diet, so I decided to do some active recovery.

Kinda, today I did 100 deadlifts @135lbs and 10 seal makers @35lb dumbbells. In addition to some lite backsquats, bench press and a lot of cardio.

5x5 backsquats @ 205lbs plus warm up and deload
100 kB swings @50lbs and 30 strict pulls ups for time @ 8:29mins

60mins of steady state cardio

Did 3mile jog in 30 minutes at my new gym. Push ups, sit ups and planks. View is pretty nice from the treadmill!

Got in 4 miles in under 40 minutes on the treadmill yesterday. Hitting the weights today. I discovered last week that I can do unassisted dips now! I couldn't do that when I was a teenager. Now if I can get some unassisted pull ups...
