It was utterly miserable with a blanket of fog and 100% humidity, but I drug my butt out yesterday morning around 0700 and did a 10k. Managed to average 10:01 / mile.

Boy do I hate running! I do love eating though...

2 mile run and lifting tonight. Chest, back, and shoulders. Got some new Mizuno running shoes to break in.

That’s 225lbs of Coues deer I can pack out Buzzardbreath

I've been riding peloton hard 6 days a week and adding in 10-20 minute of strength and/or core training.

I took 2 weeks off due to a business trip and was relieved to have not gained any weight or loss any endurance. Guess walking 6-10 miles per day made up for it! Feeling ready for season!

Handful of peanut M&Ms...35minutes later;

250 meter row + 10 burpees: 10 rounds for a time of 22:50mins

135lb dead lift x 10 + 3 seal man makers w/ 20lb dumb bells for a time of 10mins

My M&Ms are long gone.

Major life changes hit me and I haven't done squat for awhile. I'll pick back up next week once we get settled back down.

225 pounds of Coues would put us about 7 deer over our limit.

I wonder how many I packed in here?
