45 min climb ride on the Peloton. Jelly legs. Will be hitting the AT on Monday.

Dropped 5lbs since Monday...stomach bug

I finally have some energy but not eating much and haven’t done much either.

Yesterday 4.5 miles, full body minus shoulders. They are lagging so I am devoting more time for them on a separate day. Today, 105 pushups, 2.5 mile walk, shoulders, abs.

Did about 3 miles yesterday - pushed for time. Forgot my pushups last night :roll:

Peloton 45 minute endurance ride in zones 2&3. Zone 2 is something you can do all day, and zone 3 is about a 20% increase.

Today will be around 4 miles hiking with 15-20 lbs in the backpack. Have two hills that have a decent grade.

Accidentally pulled the e stop so I stretched out and called it a day. Life’s rough after leg day! Lol

Added a 30 min walk outside at lunch today it was just to nice not to.

5 miles with a full body workout. My body is telling me to slow down. Tomorrow will probably be walking and pushups only.

Friday: 6 miles - I think 9:33 a mile. 40 pushups (forgot my second set :evil:

Saturday and Sunday are push-ups and sit-ups only. Legs get the day off. Starting tomorrow morning its going to be a short hike on the Appalachian Trail. Backpack will only be about 15 lbs. Maybe a little more if my 10 year old gets tired of carrying the food. I hate packing a zero degree bag.

The stomach bug really set me back. Stomach is still not 100%, neither is energy.

10x5 backsquats @135lbs
10x5 thrusters @65lbs
10x5 bent back rows @65lbs
Time was 18mins

1000meter row warmup for burpees
100 burpees @10:11mins. That blasted my rear.

Time to go home, drink some Guinness and worry about it tomorrow.

I pushed harder last week than I can ever remember. Felt completely wiped yesterday. Only lost 1lb. Gonna take a couple days to walk only, reduce my pushups back to 75 and see what happens.
