Skull crushers with 115. 1 set of 10 and 1 with 20

500m row warmup
100 burpees in 10:30, 1 min longer than my best average time
500m row 1:46, 1min rest, 500m 2:05 1min rest and 500m in 2:10.
I was spent today, likely from my heavy lifting workout yesterday.

Seated shoulder press 3x10 with 200, 220, 240
Superset for arms with cable curls, triceps extensions, triceps push downs and hammer curls. Sets of ten on each, no break.
Ab crunches with medicine ball throws at the top to failure

Superset of triceps extensions and cable curls 4x13

Finished with 100 reps of bench with 140

1 giant set for biceps and triceps. Overhead triceps extensions, hammer curls, reverse grip pulldowns, and barbell curls.
10 reps each, no break.

20 min stair climb warmup

5 times for time;
250min max row
10 pushups
10 kb swings @30lbs
5 strict pullups
5 burpees
Total time: 14:30min

8:30min mile jog

500m max effort row with 1 min rest, 4x's. Total time 11:40min

My times are slowly getting better from the break during the strength program.

Yea, it looks brutal. I may give it a go, having all the equipment to myself will be my issue though. Another reason I hate globo gyms.
