Meat: I choose fattier cuts of meat (thighs rather than breast, butt rather than loin, bacon (mostly jowl), sausage, pork bellies (especially before eating venison to add fat)
LOTS of egg yolks. Even in coffee.
Lots of green vegetables: lettuce, arugula, brocolli, green beans, etc. lots of cauliflower and turnips, mushrooms
Fruit: peppers, onions, LOADS of avocados-usually one before or with each meal
Dairy: cheese, butter, heavy cream
Buckets of coffee. Normally a bulletproof coffee every day
No sugar, no grains, no starch basically. I'd lie if I said I never have artificial sweetener, but I'm ditched them other than the occasion treat.
I intermittent fast regularly, I try to fit in a couple of days each week. As far as work, I work a 48 hour shift followed by four days off. More often than not I find myself fasting for 36 or even 60 hours since it's simpler to not have to carry food, plan meals, cook, and stop to eat. It's much simpler to fast there than at home.
I also try to fact for a more extended time every few weeks. I'm on my third fast of five days are longer (actually 9, will break at 10 tomorrow night). I cut out coffee, tea, and broth on Tuesday night and believe it or not it got easier. I feel great and have zero hunger.
I don't track calories now, but I bet my macros are about 80% fat, 15% protein, and 5% carbs.

Hunting got a lot more fun the day I quit worrying about what everybody else might be shooting.
