Beaver question

Postby RUGER » Sat Feb 09, 2019 10:22 am

TN resident, sportsmans license holder.
When can this person kill beaver that is destroying a pond?
Said person (doing the killing) does not own the pond but helping a friend.

When I ask when I mean time of the year and shooting hours.
Thanks.

I know it's somewhere in the guide but hey, I'm lazy. :D

Also, I am talking about shooting it (safely) with a rifle or shotgun, not trapping.
Pffft forget that, I'm going fishin'

Even though beaver is opened year round, there are still restrictions, daylight hours only, shotsize restrictions, use of center-fire rifles, etc.
Tennessee roots over 200 years deep and growing.
