Thanks for sharing. I knew a little about the WY wilderness law but didn’t know the back story.

Oh, I’ve fished solo in the Cloud Peak Wilderness but no way can I be trusted to hunt alone in it

I don't agree with it as I've hunted all over alone but, there are a lot of morons around and Wyoming is the one state that I would move to in a heartbeat and still might. The people are great and the law makes more sense there than anywhere I've been. Make no mistake the big cattle ranchers make most of the rules there and most of it is based on common sense when put into context.
