WTS 223 Remington model 7 stainless

Postby waterfowlwidowmaker » Mon Jul 29, 2019 11:07 pm

I have a Remington model 7 stainless steel chambered in 223 for sale. I bought it new 3-4 years ago, with the intention of rebarrelling it to 6x45 but I’m not sure if that’s still what I want to do with it. Details and pics below.

-Remington model 7 stainless steel
-chambered in 223 with 9 twist barrel
-EGW 20moa base installed
-Timney trigger installed
-Boyd’s laminated wood stock installed
-factory plastic stock and factory box included
-fired less than 20 times

$700 picked up in Shelby/Fayette County

Trades for other firearms will be considered, with preference given to S&W pre-lock 357 and 44 magnum revolvers.

Looks like I’m probably going to be headed to the Hurricane Mills area this weekend, if anyone to the east of me is interested in this rifle.

Possible list of trades:

- Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk I in .303 British; includes any ammo (~50?), brass, bullets and dies. Basically, I'd be getting out of .303. Pic:

- Armalite AR-10A4 in .308. The A4 is the flattop with an 18" SS barrel. Not my pic, but it looks like this. Comes with two 10 round mags.

Image

- Norinco MAK-90 with fiberglas stock; comes with a couple 30 round mags and 1-2 5 rounds mags and all 7.62x39mm ammo (prolly a thousand or so), brass and bullets I have. Like the .303, I'd be getting out of 7.62x39. Pic:

Some of these wouldn't be one-for-one, we'd have to negotiate the difference.

I appreciate the offer sir but I'm not interested in those guns, although they are nice. Mainly interested in pre lock S&W 357 or 44 mags, possibly 556 ar15's/lowers, 9mm/10mm/45 acp Glocks or certain 20ga shotguns.
