Anyone out that way? Has it picked up at all? I am about to head that way! Thanks

Hunted yesterday afternoon and this morning. Wind was blowing 900 miles an hour. Heard 0 gobbles. Heard nothing fly up yesterday. Didn't find any scratching sign like I normally do in the area I hunted.

I was fortunate to kill a two year old yesterday in the howling wind.
He was alone and while it took about an hour or so, he played the game.
I agree, I'm not seeing the sign I usually do. If I remember correctly the hatch was off the last couple of years so not as many vocal 2YO birds.

If you go be sure to dowse your clothes with Permethrin. My clothes are treated and I've pulled 2 ticks off me tonight that had dug their little mouth parts into my skin.
