I saw a turkey! I saw a turkey!

I was thinking I should have taken a picture and put it in the papers! Nobody will believe me, but it’s true! Strutting in a pasture with a few hens.

I saw one strutting in someone's front yard this morning. I could almost hear it laugh at me

I saw 3 big strutting toms and a single hen across the road from a 300+ home subdivision actively under construction. Even the construction workers stopped what they were doing to watch the show.

I know a place just like this, the land across the road is covered up in turkey, meanwhile they're building what seems like a new home every day
